Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings, patted dry
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- 2-3 tbsp Rowdy Rooster Signature Rub
- honey, for drizzle
- chopped parsley, for garnish
Directions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, add the patted dry chicken wings and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle the Rowdy Rooster Signature Rub over the wings, using 2 to 3 tablespoons based on your flavor preference. Toss again until all wings are well coated with the rub.
- Place the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd them. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook the wings at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
- Check that the internal temperature of the chicken wings has reached 165°F (74°C) using a meat thermometer.
- Once cooked, remove the wings from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving platter. Drizzle with honey if desired and sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish.
