Food Products

Because our spices, seasonings, noodles, and other food products are consumable goods, we generally cannot accept returns of opened food products for food safety and quality reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Please include your order number and photos of any damaged or incorrect products when contacting us.

Unopened Products

Return eligibility for unopened products may vary by item. Please contact us before returning any product. Products returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund.

Unless otherwise stated, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Buy with Prime Orders

Products purchased using Buy with Prime are subject to the applicable Buy with Prime return policies.
